Electrical Fiberglass Applications
The electronics we rely on today would not be possible without glass fiber yarn due to its inherent properties, including low elongation, mechanical strength and heat resistance.

Electronics & PCB
Most printed circuit boards are based on fabrics containing E-Glass yarns layered and impregnated with various resins such as epoxy, melamine, phenolic and Teflon. The resulting laminate provides a skeleton and/or substrate for a printed circuit board. Fiberglass yarns are used so the panels can meet critical electrical, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, dimensional stability and dielectric properties critical to final part performance.
Application industry
Wilload Tech glass fiber yarns have been used extensively in this market for many years as foremost weavers require high-performance yarns to meet the industry’s stringent demands. Fabrics such as 7628 using Wilload Tech fiberglass yarns are widely accepted worldwide. Thousands of products incorporate our fiberglass products, including transformers, switches and relays.

ELECTRICAL
The same properties, including low elongation, good mechanical strength, heat resistance, and excellent dielectric properties, make fibreglass the perfect yarn for electrical products.
Fiberglass yarns are braided, knitted, or braided into sleeve and tubing products used extensively by manufacturers of electric motors and transformers and in a wide variety of electrical, marine, defense, aerospace, electronics, and lighting markets.
Fiberglass bushings are suitable for high and low temperatures, high and low voltages, abrasive and other physically demanding applications, and harsh environments. Fiberglass strapping (resin bonded grade b) are unidirectional fiberglass yarns used for binding and fixing parts of motor coils and transformers to withstand mechanical stress during operation.
The future will require further advances in fiberglass yarns to meet the growing demands of highly advanced electronic and electrical components, and Wilload Tech is determined to meet these challenges.
